Breast Revision in a 45 Year Old Hispanic Professional

This 45 year-old Hispanic patient approached our office to discuss her wish for a breast revision surgery.  About 10 years ago, she had previously undergone breast augmentation surgery out-of-state and was starting to notice a droop that did not fit with her desire to wear bathing suits and strapless dresses.  During her consultation it was determined that she would benefit from breast implant explantation, breast lift, and new breast implant placement.  As well, Dr. Camp utilized mesh to support the lateral portions of her breast providing a nice feminine curve. 

Surgery was performed on an outpatient basis at an accredited Fort Worth surgery center. The surgery took about 3 hours and the patient was able to return home under the care of her husband that evening.  5 days later, she visited Dr. Camp's office for her first post-operative visit. 

Her pictures were captured at 8 weeks.  Over the coming months her breast scars continued to lighten in color through the use of Biocorneum gel.
