Breast Revision to Help Fix a Deflated Saline Implant

Saline breast implants may rupture after placement leading to the need for breast augmentation revision surgery.  This patient in her early 40s approached our practice after her right breast implant lost volume over a few days.   As she was quite uneven, we moved forward with surgery quickly to help get her back to a more female shape. 

Her surgery was performed at an accredited outpatient surgery facility in Fort Worth, Texas and took Dr. Camp about 1.5 hours to complete.  He was able to remove her prior saline implants and replace with Allergan 345cc silicone gel breast implants.  The patient was able to return home to her family later that afternoon.
