Mommy Makeover Patient Has Incredible Transformation

As an up and coming Fort Worth professional, mother of 1, and having previously undergone breast augmentation 10 years before, this patient was ready for a freshening of her look.  Understanding the complexity of her case she and Dr. Steven Camp had an extensive discussion regarding removal of prior breast implants, breast lift and revision, breast augmentation, liposuction, and tummy tuck procedure. During her 7 hour Mommy Makeover, Dr. Camp removed her older 425cc saline breast implants and replaced them with smaller highly cohesive silicone gel implants which were Sientra 280cc . Additionally, a breast lift was performed to remove loose skin which had been stretched out by her previous pregnancy and large implants.  The combination of procedures provided improved breast aesthetics and balance with the rest of her body. 

Next, comprehensive liposuction of the waistline and stomach in a 360 degree fashion allowed for ideal contouring around her figure and underlying stomach muscles.  After the liposuction, a tummy tuck was performed where her stomach muscles were tightened towards the midline and the loose abdominal skin was removed.  Great care was taken to fashion the new belly button with fine dissolving sutures.  The tummy tuck scar was kept low so she could proudly wear a bikini. 

She recovered over the next six weeks under the care of her husband and mother.  She made scheduled trips to Dr. Camp's office for scar and drain maintenance.
